Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds must be in writing and are made for pre-registered tours cancelled in advance only. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AT THE TOUR REGISTRATION DESK. However, exchanges may be made for programs of equal or greater value. The difference in alternate programs must be paid for at the time of exchange. Your money will be refunded in full if a low-enrollment tour is cancelled. Otherwise no refunds will be made after Friday, May 9, 2008. Attendee cancellation of any tour prior to the cutoff date must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed within one month of tour day. Payment must be in U.S. funds.
